A young woman is reunited with her biological parents after living with her abductor for 17 years. As she wrestles to understand the life she is meant to have missed, her mother Marcy struggles with being thrust into sudden motherhood and grapples with the realization her daughter is more lost to her than ever. As the two navigate each other and their own shifting identities, Marcy becomes eerily determined to get her daughter back, by any means necessary. Starring Saoirse Ronan (Hanna, Atonement, Grand Budapest Hotel) Cynthia Nixon (Sex and the City, James White), Jason Isaacs (Harry Potter Series, Dig) and David Warshofsky (The Future, Captain Phillips). Debut feature from Nikole Beckwith the script won the 2012 Nicholl Fellowship from The Academy, The 2012 Blacklist, 2013 Sundance Labs and the film debuted at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival.
